Season three delivered the founding era's most varied task design — marketing challenges, hands-on project builds, sales competitions across industries — and the contestant pool had enough range that different tasks produced different leaders. The boardroom carried real weight because outcomes were observable and arguments tracked back to actual performance. The show ran without manufactured drama and didn't need it. The strongest case the founding era made for what the format could do at full creative confidence.
