Sardinia's rocky northern coast — exposed anchorages, isolated coves, the mistral-tested passages along the island's edge — gave the sailing-yacht format the most technically demanding setting of the run, and the show was ready for it. A more settled crew produced interpersonal tension that felt earned. Captain Glenn's authority carried weight built across three earlier seasons. The production worked the Sardinian coastline fully. The most polished entry in the canon, and the clearest argument for the sailing format's distinct register.
