tiered.tv's editor. I've watched the UK edition since its Ardross Castle debut in 2022, the format the American version later adapted scene for scene. The ranking is one editor's read on production craft and format execution, calibrated against what UK fans argue after the Round Table airs, not a claim of objectivity.
How I weigh it
I rank on format execution, casting energy, and production confidence — whether the cloaks, the overnight murders, and the Round Table land with real tension. A single seeded series can't yet be tested against a full run, so this early canon reads as a baseline the next series will confirm or complicate.
When I revisit
The canon moves once a new series airs and settles, and whenever the community vote pushes hard enough to argue a reorder. Right now the order reflects a single series; expect the next series to slot in on merit rather than simply landing at the top by default.
