The Rocksolid-versus-Tenacity split reshuffles partway through, echoing a pattern the format had already leaned on the season before — a sign the celebrity casting well produces less durable team chemistry than the founding-era draft did. The real tell is the boardroom's own inconsistency: one week removes three people before a single task has even started, and another week removes nobody at all. That kind of swing reads as a format without a stable internal logic, the opposite of the founding era's consistent week-to-week criteria. It's the weakest case the celebrity pivot has made yet.
