Season 4 carries a cast with genuine range: comedy queens who can turn a runway, performers who hold a lip-sync, design talent that survives a sewing challenge. RuPaul Charles and Michelle Visage anchor a panel fully in sync. The workroom runs sharp and personal, the kind of friction the show later learned to engineer on purpose. It proved the small-budget era could deliver a contest with no soft spots.
