Nick Cannon is now fully settled as host, and Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne, and Piers Morgan run their first complete season together after the prior year's transition. The three-way dynamic — Mandel's enthusiasm, Osbourne's directness, Morgan's precision — has a full season to develop shorthand. The audition pool holds the format's open-call range. A functional, stable close to the era that built the show's identity.
