01The take

The tour comes back in full.

An eighteen-foot wall, one attempt, and a course map that finally feels like a full national tour again.
02The shape of the season

A rhythm worth tracking.

Season ten restores the standard four-stage national finals and rotates through six qualifying cities, welcoming Minneapolis for the first time while Dallas, Miami, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia all make their first returns in years. The new Mega Wall — an 18-foot climb with one attempt and a $10,000 bonus — debuts at qualifying. The minimum competitor age drops to 19, and a $100,000 fallback prize rewards the furthest-advancing competitor.

03Where it sits in the canon

The #04 slot.

Slot #04 of 17 in the American Ninja Warrior Editor's Canon. Season ten is the season that restores everything season nine set aside. The standard four-stage national finals return, and the qualifying map fills back out to six cities, welcoming Minneapolis for the first time while Dallas, Miami, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia all make overdue returns. The new Mega Wall — an eighteen-foot climb offered at qualifying, with a real bonus for reaching the top — is exactly the kind of course addition this methodology rewards: it raises the ceiling without touching the pacing the rest of the season runs on. Lowering the minimum competitor age to nineteen widens the field further. This is a full-format season with real teeth in the course design.
